Physical exercise          
    
     Movement of the various limbs of the body is called Physical Exercise It implies exertion of the different parts of the body.
        There are different forms of Physical exercise  including riding , swimming , walking , football , cricket , hocky , tennis , volleyball , gymnastics , drawing , dancing etc . These exercises are very helpfull . They keep the body free from any ailments . These exercises should be taken regularly in the open air . 
       There are certain rules for Physical exercuse  . These rules should be strictly followed . Some limits must be maintained . Taking exercise in a wrong way also tells upon the health . Morning is proper time for taking exercise . Bu that time temperature is very pleasant and the air is pure . Again evening is also good time for taking exercise . 
        Now - a - days , Physical exercise has been made a subject of school curriculum . We think Physical exersie  should be made compulsory in our school .
